Hail and thunderstorms to hit Kazakhstan

Thunderstorms, downpours, and hail: which regions will see bad weather

According to meteorologists, most of Kazakhstan will remain under the influence of a cyclone and associated atmospheric fronts. This will bring rain and thunderstorms, with heavy rainfall and hail expected in the western, northwestern, northern, eastern, and central regions.

Only the southern and southeastern parts of the country are expected to experience mostly dry weather. Strong winds are also forecast, and dust storms are likely in the southern regions.

What about temperatures?

Forecasters do not expect significant fluctuations in air temperature. Daytime temperatures will range as follows:

• In the west, northwest, and north: from +18 to +28°C;
• In the center and east: from +20 to +33°C;
• In the south and southeast: from +27 to +38°C.
