Tengrinews.kz - Meteorologists have provided a forecast for the weather in Kazakhstan over the next three days - December 5, 6, and 7.
Atmospheric fronts will dominate most of Kazakhstan, bringing unstable weather conditions with snow and blizzards, while southern regions may experience mixed precipitation (rain and snow) and icy roads. The western regions will remain dry under the influence of an anticyclone.
A drop in temperatures is also expected:
- West: nighttime temperatures dropping to -7 to -12°C.
- Northwest: nighttime temperatures dropping to -13 to -18°C.
- North and central regions: nighttime temperatures reaching -15 to -20°C.
- South and southeast: nighttime temperatures ranging from -3 to -8°C, and in mountainous areas from -10 to -16°C.
Earlier, forecasters clarified the weather forecast for winter 2024/2025 in Kazakhstan. It is noted that in general, the winter temperature regime is expected to be within the climatic norm with precipitation exceeding the long-term norm. However, periods with cessation of precipitation and abnormally low air temperatures are not excluded.
