From 37°C to 8°C: Sharp weather changes in Kazakhstan

Heavy rains and thunderstorms across most of Kazakhstan

In the coming days, a northwestern cyclone will continue to affect much of Kazakhstan, bringing rain and thunderstorms. In northern regions, heavy rain is expected, with a chance of hail.

By the end of the forecast period, a ridge of a western anticyclone will shift over the western and northwestern parts of the country, bringing an end to the precipitation. Strong winds are expected across the country, with fog forming in the north during the night and morning hours.

• North: nighttime lows of +8…+15 °C, daytime highs of +20…+25 °C.
• Center: nighttime lows of +9…+18 °C, daytime highs of +18…+30 °C.
• East: nighttime lows of +7…+18 °C, daytime highs of +19…+27 °C.
• West: nighttime temperatures rising to +15…+23 °C, daytime highs reaching +30…+37 °C.
• Northwest: nighttime lows of +8…+16 °C, daytime highs of +25…+33 °C.
• South: nighttime temperatures of +13…+22 °C, with daytime temperatures gradually decreasing to +27…+35 °C.
• Southeast: nighttime lows of +10…+22 °C, daytime highs gradually decreasing to +20…+32 °C.
