In the western, northern, and southern parts of the Akmola region, ground blizzards and icy conditions are expected. Fog is anticipated in the southern and eastern parts of the region. Southwesterly winds will reach 15-20 m/s at night, with gusts of 23-28 m/s in the north and east, decreasing to 15-20 m/s during the day. In Kokshetau, ground blizzards and icy conditions are expected at night, with southwesterly winds gusting up to 15-20 m/s at night and in the morning.
In the southern, mountainous, and foothill areas of the Turkestan region, icy conditions are expected. Fog is forecast in the north, west, south, and mountainous areas of the region. Fog is also expected at times in Turkestan.
In the western, northern, and eastern parts of the West Kazakhstan region, fog and icy conditions are expected. Southerly winds will shift to westerly, with gusts of 15-20 m/s in the west, north, and east. In Uralsk, fog and icy conditions are anticipated, with winds reaching up to 18 m/s during the day.
In the north of the Mangystau region, fog is expected.

Southwesterly winds will reach gusts of 15-20 m/s in the west, north, and east during the morning and daytime. In Kostanay, southwesterly winds will gust up to 15-20 m/s during the day.
In the north of the Pavlodar region, icy conditions are expected, while fog is anticipated in the south of the region.
In the west, north, and center of the Aktobe region, ground blizzards and icy conditions are expected during the day. Fog is expected in the south, east, and north of the region. Winds will be southerly and southwesterly, with gusts of 15-18 m/s in the north and east during the day. In Aktobe, icy conditions are expected during the day.
