Southwesterly winds will reach 15-20 m/s at night, with gusts of 23-28 m/s in the north and east, decreasing to 15-20 m/s during the day. In Kokshetau, ground blizzards and icy conditions are expected at night, with southwesterly winds gusting up to 15-20 m/s at night and in the morning.
