Tengrinews.kz - The US dollar continued its upward trend in Kazakhstan on July 25.

Tengrinews.kz - The US dollar continued its upward trend in Kazakhstan on July 25.

By the end of the daytime trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average exchange rate for the dollar reached 544.87 tenge, up 2.79 tenge from the previous rate. The National Bank’s official exchange rate for July 25 is 541.93 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, the average exchange office rate in Almaty is 543.98 tenge for buying and 547.10 tenge for selling. In Astana, the dollar is being bought for 540.73 tenge and sold for 547.73 tenge.

As previously reported, the dollar hit 547 tenge in some exchange offices across Kazakhstan on July 25.
