Tengrinews.kz - The dollar exchange rate in Kazakhstan continued to decrease on February 10.

By the end of the daytime trading session on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the weighted average dollar exchange rate stood at 510.49 tenge, dropping by 0.52 tenge. The official exchange rate set by the National Bank for February 10 is 511.18 tenge per dollar.

According to kurs.kz, the average exchange rate for purchasing one dollar in Almaty exchange offices currently stands at 511.11 tenge, while the selling rate is 513.50 tenge. In Astana, the dollar is being bought for an average of 510.57 tenge and sold for 516.57 tenge.

Speaking at a meeting with Kazakhstan’s business community, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev addressed the government's borrowing from the National Fund. Read more here.
