Cyclone with rain is approaching Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz – Kazhydromet meteorologists have released the weather forecast for August 12, 13, and 14.

Cyclone approaching Kazakhstan

A northwestern cyclone will bring rain and thunderstorms to Kazakhstan, with heavy rainfall expected in the west, northwest, and north, along with possible hail and squalls in some regions. Only the southern part of the country will retain hot, dry weather. Winds are expected to strengthen across the country, and fog is forecast in the north and east during the night and morning hours.

Temperature outlook

A slight drop in temperature is expected in most parts of the country:

• In the west: night lows of +13…+18°C, daytime highs of +23…+31°C;
• In the northwest: night lows of +8…+20°C, daytime highs of +18…+28°C;
• In the north: night lows of +10…+17°C, daytime highs of +18…+23°C;
• In the south: night lows of +13…+23°C, daytime highs of +27…+37°C.

No significant temperature changes are expected in the remaining regions.
