Cyclone to bring temperatures up to 15°C in Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz - Kazhydromet meteorologists have released a weather forecast for Kazakhstan on February 20, 21, and 22.

According to the weather forecast, residents of the country will experience a sharp contrast in weather conditions depending on their region in the coming days.

"An anticyclone carrying cold air masses will dominate the northern regions, maintaining frosty weather with little to no precipitation. Meanwhile, a southern cyclone will gradually move across the southern parts of the country, bringing a steady rise in daytime temperatures to 10-15°C," meteorologists stated.

Earlier, meteorologists reported that most of Kazakhstan is expected to experience snow and blizzards, with rain and snow in the western and southern regions. Ice, strong winds, and fog are also expected across the country.
