Tengrinews.kz - A resident of the Abai region was seen transporting two live cows in a passenger car in Semey.

Video footage of the incident, which circulated on social media, shows a driver in a "Zhiguli" car with the cows comfortably settled in the back seat.

Police have identified the driver involved in the unusual transport.

"The 35-year-old driver of the VAZ-21060 has been held administratively responsible for violating passenger and cargo transport regulations. According to this article, a fine of 5 monthly calculation indices (MCI) is imposed," the police stated.

Recently, a lion and several wild birds were confiscated from a resident of the Saryagash District, he kept them in his backyard.
