Tengrinews.kz - A blogger from Aktau, Azamat Sarsenbayev, has been detained by the Mangystau Regional Police Department.
Sarsenbayev announced his detention on his Instagram account, writing:
"I have been detained. Heading to the Aktau Police Department. Most likely for filming the plane crash site," he posted.

The regional police confirmed to Tengrinews.kz that Sarsenbayev was detained for disturbing public order.
"He was operating a drone at the crash site, obstructing the work of rescue and investigative teams, and failed to comply with lawful police orders. The individual has been taken to the police department, where appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the law," the police stated.
President Tokayev has expressed his condolences over the plane crash in Aktau.
Earlier, Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev expressed his condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near Aktau.
The lists of the survivors and the passengers of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash have been released.
