Atyrau region – In the west, south and east of the region fog and icy conditions are expected. Southwesterly wind shifting to northeasterly; at night in the east of the region gusts of 15–20 m/s. In Atyrau, fog and icy conditions are expected at night and in the morning.
North Kazakhstan region – Snow and blizzard are expected; at night in the west of the region heavy snow. Icy conditions are expected in the west, north and south of the region, and fog in the east. Southwesterly wind 15–20 m/s, in the west and south of the region gusts of 23–28 m/s. In Petropavlovsk, snow and blizzard are expected, with icy roads during the day. Southwesterly wind 15–20 m/s.
East Kazakhstan region – In the north and east of the region snow, blizzard and daytime icy conditions are expected. In the south of the region fog is expected. Southeasterly and southerly wind; in the north and east of the region 15–20 m/s, with daytime gusts up to 25 m/s. In Ust-Kamenogorsk, snow and blizzard are expected at night. Roads will be icy.
