Blizzards again: Astana weather forecast for January 28-30

January 28: Astana will experience variable cloud cover with light snow in the afternoon. The wind will be from the southwest, 3-8 m/s at night, and 9-14 m/s during the day. The temperature will range from -19 to -21°C at night, and -8 to -10°C during the day.

January 29: Variable cloud cover with intermittent snow and ground-level blizzards is expected. Winds from the southwest will be 9-14 m/s, with occasional gusts of 15-20 m/s. The temperature will range from -8 to -10°C at night and -2 to -4°C during the day.

January 30: Variable cloud cover is expected again, with intermittent snow and ground-level blizzards. Winds from the northeast will reach 9-14 m/s. The temperature will be -5 to -7°C both at night and during the day.

Earlier, meteorologists announced that Kazakhstan will experience fog, stronger winds, and snowstorms in the northern regions, as well as icy conditions in the south and southeast.
