Berik Kamaliev appointed new Minister of Transport and Communications

Mr. Berik Kamaliev has been appointed the new Minister of Transport and Communications as part of the government reshuffle following the re-election of the country’s President, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing the Ministry’s press-service. From April 2010 he held the position of the Vice Minister of Industry and Trade. In his new capacity, Berik Kamaliev replaces Mr. Abelgazy Kussainov who headed the Ministry from March 4, 2009 to April 8, 2011.
