Results of the autopsy of the body of Kazakhstan citizen Kirill Denyakin who was shot by policeman in the US 11 times, Hampton roads reports. As per the report of the pathologists from Norfolk medical examiner's office, the 26-year-old guy was shot “in the chest, left shoulder, right upper arm, back, left thigh, right flank, hip, right wrist and left hand.” As per the document, Kirill died from deadly wounds to the torso. He was shot 11 times: 5 bullets were recovered from his body, 6 other wounds were perforating. The experts have not yet identified the order in which the shots were fired. As per Kirill's lawyer John D. Hooker, Denyakin's family is going to sue the policeman. Results of the autopsy showned that the level of alcohol in Kirill's blood was 0.28 PM: this is 3.5 times higher than maximum allowed alcohol level for driving in the US. As per the lawyer, the shooting was "excessive in every aspect". With such alcohol content in his blood, a person "is wouldn't be able to lunge, he would be able to fight, walk, talk or stand," Hooker said. 26-year-old Karaganda citizen Kirill Denyakin was shot by the policeman in Portsmouth on April 23. Denyakin was unarmed, but the police officer Steven Rankin made 11 shots killing him on the spot. Before the tragedy Denyakin had been working as a hotel cook in Portsmouth for 2 years. Kazakhstan Foreign Affairs Ministry sent a protest note to the US in relation to this incident. Members of Bolashak movement passed a letter to the US President Barack Obama calling for a fair investigation into the death of Kirill Denyakin.
