Astana and Tokyo sign memorandum of understanding

Tengrinews.kz — Astana and Tokyo have signed a memorandum of understanding.

According to Akorda, in the presence of the President, Astana Mayor Jenis Qasymbek and Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike signed a memorandum of understanding between the capitals of Kazakhstan and Japan.

Earlier, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Tokyo Governor Yuriko Koike. The two discussed cooperation in digitalization, Smart City technology development, artificial intelligence, sustainable urban development, and the introduction of innovative solutions in city governance.
