Tengrinews.kz – Kazakhstan is testing the multi-agent AI platform AlemGPT, which will allow citizens and businesses to receive all end-to-end public services on a single platform.
At a government meeting, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development Zhaslan Madiyev stated that the development of artificial intelligence will significantly simplify the ways public services are provided to citizens and businesses.
According to him, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence has developed and is already testing the multi-agent platform AlemGPT, which will make it possible to access full-cycle public services on a single platform – from the initial request to the final result.
“We are talking about a fundamentally new approach, where a citizen or a business does not need to switch between different services. The entire service delivery chain will be built within a single platform. AlemGPT is planned to be developed into a fully fledged AI assistant,” Madiev noted.
Judging by the slide presented, the ministry is preparing a transition from the usual navigation on the eGov website to a dialog format. It is assumed that Kazakhstanis will interact with government services through AlemGPT in a chat mode — similar to a chatbot like ChatGPT. In this format, the user does not search for the required service manually, but describes their situation in text, after which the system suggests which public services are available and helps to apply for them online.
