A gambling complex worth $100 million to be built in Burabai

A casino complex worth $100 million is going to be built in Burabai region in Akmolinsk oblast of Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports, citing the Vice Minister of Industry and New Technology Albert Rau. “The first gambling facility worth almost $100 million (…) will include a five-star hotel and some casinos fully in line with the national legislation on gambling industry”, Mr. Rau said in the country’s Majilis (lower chamber) June 8. Casinos in Kazakhstan are limited to two special zones in Akmilinsk and Almaty oblasts.
