A married couple came to Kazakhstan from France. The couple has a goal to cross Eurasia on a tandem, Express K writes.
This is the way Anna Salon and Benjamin Stoll protest against divorces. “This is so wonderful to face life challenges together. With our example we want to show that people in love can move mountains. We have already covered 8 thousand kilometers, the whole Europe is behind already. When one takes a rest, the other one turns the treadle,” Anna Salon said.
The French couple became victim of social circumstances. They decided to cross the continent on a bike after they lost their jobs. The couple has an Internet blog where they make money from advertisements. Anna and Benjamin crossed Europe, but having arrived to Atyrau they realized that it is not possible to travel in such a hot weather and went to Almaty by train. The couple promised to cross the rest of the route on the tandem.
