Earlier, the media and social networks reported that workers of the company "Management of chisel works" did not show up for their shift, putting forward a number of demands. In particular, the workers stated the need for employment of the children of company pensioners and the children of workers who lost their health at work. The issue of wages was also raised.

As reported by the press service of "Ozenmunaigas" JSC, at the moment the company's representatives are holding negotiations with the employees of the enterprise.

"Each point of the workers' demands is considered carefully. Everything should be resolved in the legal field and at the legislative level, including within the framework of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on their results, additional information will be provided if necessary," the press service of "Ozenmunaigas" reported.

Recall that in September 2023, the working group of JSC NC "KazMunayGas" visited the "Ozenmunaigas" enterprise for a control audit of the implementation of the recommendations that were given earlier based on the results of the inspection.

The inspection, which lasted from April to August 2023, focused on three areas: financial and economic activities, the work of contractors and underground repair of "Ozenmunaigas" wells.
