Tengrinews.kz – The Special Representative of U.S. President Donald Trump for South and Central Asia, Sergio Gor, and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Marco Rubio – Christopher Landau have arrived at Akorda.

Tengrinews.kz – The Special Representative of U.S. President Donald Trump for South and Central Asia, Sergio Gor, and U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Marco Rubio – Christopher Landau have arrived at Akorda.

A meeting between the U.S. representatives and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev is expected to take place at Akorda.

Earlier, Sergio Gor and Christopher Landau arrived in Almaty, where they met with business representatives and executives of American companies operating in Kazakhstan.

They also visited the Museum of Contemporary Art, the Shymbulak ski resort, and the Medeu high-altitude skating rink.

Later, U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau shared his impressions of Almaty and Kazakh hospitality, posting about it on social media.
