Tengrinews.kz – The Head of State sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Lithuania, according to the press service of Akorda.
The President of Kazakhstan congratulated Gitanas Nauseda on the Day of Restoration of the Lithuanian State.
The telegram notes that the Republic of Lithuania, being an active member of the European Union, has achieved significant progress in strengthening statehood and improving the well-being of citizens.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev expressed confidence that the traditionally friendly and trusting relations between Kazakhstan and Lithuania will continue to develop for the benefit of the two peoples.
Earlier it became known that the President of Kazakhstan will visit Jordan.
As reported by the press service of Akorda, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, at the invitation of King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein, will visit the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on February 18-19 on an official visit.
During the visit, high-level negotiations will be held aimed at further developing bilateral cooperation in the trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
