February 15: Variable cloudiness, occasional light snow, drifting snow. Wind southwest 9-14 m/s. Temperature: from -7 to -9°C at night, from -3 to -5°C during the day.
Earlier, Kazhydromet meteorologists announced that unstable weather will persist across most of Kazakhstan in the coming days.
