Tengrinews.kz - Meteorologists from Kazhydromet warned the residents of Almaty.
"On January 16, 2025, adverse meteorological conditions for air pollution are expected in the city of Almaty," the statement says.
Adverse weather conditions represent a combination of short-term meteorological factors (calm, light winds, fog, inversion) that contribute to the accumulation of harmful (polluting) substances in the lower layer of atmospheric air.
Earlier, meteorologists shared the expected weather conditions for January in Kazakhstan.
