Tengrinews.kz - The Agency for Protection and Development of Competition (APDC) has launched an investigation into the commodity exchange Modern Trading Solutions.

According to APDC, the commodity exchange is suspected of abusing its dominant position in organizing trades for household coal.

"The signs of violation include granting undue advantages by providing early access to the trading session and restricting participation in trades by blocking the accounts of certain market participants," the statement said.

Earlier, the company owning the registered trademarks Zara and OYSHO in Kazakhstan has filed a lawsuit against an entrepreneur who was selling clothing under these brands.
