Tengrinews.kz – Following the negotiations, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Serdar Berdimuhamedow signed a joint statement, according to Akorda.
In the presence of the heads of state, members of the official delegations exchanged the following intergovernmental and interagency documents:
1. Agreement on cooperation in the cultural and humanitarian sphere between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan.
2. Agreement on cooperation in the field of migration between the Government of Kazakhstan and the Government of Turkmenistan.
3. Agreement on information exchange in the area of pension provision between the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of Turkmenistan.
4. Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation in the legal sphere between the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.

5. Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan on cooperation in the field of veterinary science.
6. Memorandum of Understanding between the National Agrarian Science and Education Center of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan and the Research Institute of Grain Crops of the Ministry of Agriculture of Turkmenistan.
7. Joint Action Plan for the further expansion of cooperation in the transport sector between Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan for 2026–2027.
8. Plan of key measures for developing cooperation between the Ministry of Healthcare of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan for 2026–2027.

9. Memorandum of Understanding between the Akimat of Mangystau Region of Kazakhstan and the Hyakimlik of Balkan Province of Turkmenistan on cooperation in trade, economic, scientific-technical, and cultural-humanitarian development.
10. Memorandum on cooperation in the field of science between the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan.
11. Agreement on cooperation in the information sphere between the Presidential TV and Radio Complex of Kazakhstan under the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State Committee of Turkmenistan for Television, Radio Broadcasting and Cinematography.
