During the briefing, Karoline Leavitt accused the Biden administration of "stupidity" and said that it spent two million dollars on a sex change in Guatemala. In addition, the United States under Biden allocated millions of dollars for a new Sesame Street show in Iraq and "fighting disinformation in Kazakhstan."

"Federal waste and funding like $2 million for sex changes in Guatemala, $6 million to fund tourism in Egypt. A new Sesame Street show in Iraq, $4.5 million to combat disinformation in Kazakhstan," Leavitt said.

Trump's press secretary did not specify what kind of disinformation she was talking about.
