Tengrinews.kz - The Android version of WhatsApp (build 2.24.15.12) will introduce an exciting new feature.
The portal's article states that WhatsApp is currently working on a message translation feature, which they plan to release in a future update.
"Users will be able to translate selected messages and automate translation for all new messages. After selecting the language to translate, WhatsApp will prompt to download the desired language pack. When the message is translated, a mark will appear indicating a successful translation," the statement explains.
If a message is translated, the interlocutor will be able to know about it by inscription in the message (on the principle of "changed").

WhatsApp developers report that the translation is carried out using their own algorithms. End-to-end encryption and other security technologies will remain in place to protect users' conversations.
Initially, the feature will be limited to languages such as Arabic, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Hindi, with other languages to be added in future updates.
For now, this feature will only be available on Android.
