Tengrinews.kz won the public award People’s Favorites-2012 award in the Fiery Internet Edition category. According to Galym Baituk, founder of the year’s favorite idea and president of Republic-Region-Development public fund, the website became one of the most popular Internet resources in a very short time and the information on the website is always most current and interesting. “Tengrinews.kz, I sincerely congratulate you. You are indeed one of the most read websites. I would like to wish you prosperity, happiness and success in everything, and, of course, happy coming New Year!” Galym Baituk said. The award was established last year and the fund’s president promised to make it annual. Winners in all categories were defined through voting in a special group on Facebook.
