Canva service stops working in Kazakhstan

Tengrinews.kz - The graphic design service Canva has ceased operations in Kazakhstan. Users have reported that both the desktop and mobile versions of the application are inaccessible.

Tengrinews.kz - The graphic design service Canva has ceased operations in Kazakhstan. Users have reported that both the desktop and mobile versions of the application are inaccessible.

Data from downradar.ru also indicates that Canva has not been opening since the weekend. Users note that the service is still functional through a VPN.

It remains unclear whether this is a global or localized outage. However, reports of issues are coming not only from Kazakhstan but also from Germany, Sweden, and Uzbekistan.

"Our engineers are working on the issue, and we will keep you updated. You can visit Canvastatus.com for news. Thank you for your patience and understanding," Canva stated in comments under complaints on their official Instagram page.

Tengrinews.kz has sent official inquiries to the Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Culture and Information. The Ministry of Digital Development clarified that they do not engage in blocking websites and noted that there have been no complaints about the Canva.com service from their side.
