Arabtech Holding PJSC (ARTC) has won the tender for construction of the 88-storey complex Abu Dhabi Plaza in Astana, Bloomberg writes. The contract is worth $1.1 billion. The complex includes 5 towers and will be finished by 2017. It will have 598 apartments, two hotels, trade areas and offices. This will be the tallest building in Central Asia. The complex will be connected to Astana airport via a railroad. The Plaza will have 5,300 parking lots.
