Tengrinews.kz - Expired anesthetic drug was used during operations in Abay region.

"An inspection revealed improper storage of drugs, delayed destruction of ampoules containing narcotics, and incorrect prescription of medications. Additionally, expired anesthesia drugs were used during surgeries on patients," the prosecutor's office reported.

As a result of the inspection, 12 medical facility officials have been disciplined, and 12 individuals have been fined. The total amount of fines exceeded 1.5 million tenge.
