One half (65 apartments) of the multi-storied residential building has collapse. 38 of the apartments were already sold and occupied. 139 residents of 5-8 blocks of the building were priorly evacuated. Inadmissible deviation of the building's corners reached 720 mm between April 1 and April 5. The multi-appartment residential building, constructed at the cost of the interest participants (future owners of the apartments), was put into service in 2009. The building started cracking because of displacement of the main structures. State of emergency was introduced in the building. The residents were evacuated. Photo by Aleksandr Yermolenok©
