The 18th international seminar of rescue teams Kazspas-2013 was held at Kazakhstan Emergency Situations Ministry’s training site Astana Rocky City in Almaty oblast. During 10 days rescue teams from Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Belarus, Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan competed in rescue operations and rendering first aid.
