The 5th contest called Sheber 2013 (master hand) was held at the Kazakh National Instruments Museum in Almaty. The contest culminated in the Felt Festival Sheber 2013. Kiyz Alma (felt apple). The even lasted for three days (September 6-8, 2013). The festival included an exhibition of various arts, hand-made felt clothes and woodcraft. <i>Sheber 2013</i> finals. ©Yaroslav Radlovsky
