40 agreements worth $400 million to be signed at Astana Economic Forum

Over 40 memorandums and agreements totally worth $400 million will be signed during the 6th Astana Economic Forum, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the Forum’s organizational commission. “The ceremonies of signing of the documents will be held during the 6th Astana Economic Forum (AEF). The memorandums and agreements of understanding and cooperating with international unions and foreign companies from Poland, China, Austria, France and the U.S. will be signed by Kazakhstan state authorities, national holdings, companies and funds. The agreements will be related to innovative technologies and, according to the preliminary information, are estimated at $400 million,” the commission’s message said. The 6th Astana Economic Forum is being held in Astana from May 22 to 24. It is attended by 1,000 delegates from 60 countries, including 200 high-ranking persons and 10 Nobel prize-winners.
