Kazakhstan to warm up to +20 degrees

Tengrinews.kz – Meteorologists from Kazhydromet have presented the weather forecast for March 17, 18, and 19.

According to the forecast, daytime air temperatures will continue to rise across most of Kazakhstan in the coming days.

"However, the weather will remain unstable in the north and in the mountainous areas of the south of the country, where the passage of atmospheric fronts will bring precipitation (rain, snow), icy conditions, and stronger winds. Fog is expected across the republic," meteorologists said.

Daytime temperatures will rise to 10–15°C in the west of the country, up to 15–20°C in the south, and up to 3–8°C in the north and east.

What the weather will be like in March in Kazakhstan

Meteorologists predict that March 2026 in Kazakhstan will be warm, with precipitation above the norm across most of the country.

Unstable weather is expected: snow and blizzards in the north, rain and wet snow in the south and west. Overall, temperatures will be about 1 degree above the climatic norm, although short-term cold spells are possible.
