Tengrinews.kz – Renowned Turkish photographer and photojournalist Mustafa Seven, who has more than 1.5 million followers on Instagram, has shared a series of breathtaking images of Kazakhstan’s Mangystau region. The photos quickly drew wide attention online.
Seven posted the works of his friend Mürsel Yagcioglu. In the caption, he asked his audience whether they were familiar with Mangystau and encouraged them to take a closer look at each shot.
“Please look at the photos one by one. It is truly incredible!” the caption reads.
The photographer described Mangystau as a place of “alien-like rock formations, underground mosques, endless canyons, and a striking Caspian shoreline.” According to him, the region feels like one of the most surreal destinations in Central Asia.
