"Sharing in the grief of this tragic loss, on behalf of the people of Kazakhstan and myself personally, I extend my heartfelt condolences and words of sympathy to you, the families of the victims, and the friendly people of Brazil," the telegram reads.
The aircraft, carrying 58 passengers and 4 crew members, crashed in the residential area of Vinhedo. The flight had departed from Cascavel (Paraná state) en route to Guarulhos (São Paulo state). The plane reportedly spun in the air before crashing, leading to the deaths of all 62 on board, including two flight attendants, the co-pilot, and the captain.

Preliminary reports suggest that ice formation on the wings might have caused the crash. The plane is believed to have lost control and began spinning while entering an area of severe icing.
An investigation into the aviation disaster is ongoing, and the Federal Police have initiated a probe into the incident.
