A military helicopter fell in the Caspian Sea near Baku, Trend writes. Mi-17 helicopter owned by Azerbaijan Defense Ministry fell into the sea near Shikhovo village 250 meters from the shoreline. The witnesses said that a blast was audible before the plunge. According to preliminary information, the accident was caused by a fog that was limiting visibility. Police Department of Garadag region of Baku confirmed the fact that the helicopter had crashed. The body of one of the crew members was found. The search for other two bodies is being continued. The identities of the victims are not unveiled yet. Rescue works involve four ships, two helicopters of Azerbaijan Emergency Situations Ministry and one military helicopter.
