Wilga private training aircraft crashed at take off in Bukhar-Zhyrau District of Karaganda Oblast in central Kazakhstan, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan. The incident took place on July 8 at 7:00 p.m. three kilometers from Rostovka village. The pilot (born in 1960) and three passengers (born in 1989, 1991 and 1987) were injured in the accident. They were taken to a hospital in Temirtau town near Karaganda city with brain injuries and bone fractures. Their conditions are stable, according to transport prosecutor Abylaibek Ordabayev. Karaganda Transport Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case for Violation of Air Traffic Rules and Air Transport Use Procedures in relation to the accident. The investigation to define the cause of the accident in underway.
