The last of 15 militarymen of Arkankergen border post in Almaty oblast has not been found yet, Interfax-Kazakhstan writes citing the press-secretary of the frontier service of the National Security Commission Larissa Dmitryuk. “The search for the 15th militarymen is currently in process,” she told Interfax-Kazakhstan. “The corpse of one of the victims, a guard, has been discovered 100 meters from the accident site. He is the 14th victim,” she added. On May 30 the frontier group of Sary Bokter Post of Usharal Frontier Troops of Shygys Regional Frontier Service Department discovered that the burnt barracks of Argkankergen frontier post where 15 frontier officers normally serve. The corpses of 14 militarymen were found at or near the accident site. Besides, the body of the gamekeeper of a nearby hunting farm was found next to the post. Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev tagged the tragedy a terrorist attack .
