Kazakhstan militarymen will study in China, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Kazakhstan Defense Ministry. According to the press-service, China is one of the priority partners of Kazakhstan in defense, that’s why the academic teaching staff of Chinese National University of National Defense visited Kazakhstan. During the visit they discussed education. “Education of Kazakhstan militarymen in Chinese military schools is the main line of cooperation between Kazakhstan and Chinese Armed Forces. These issues were discussed during the visit,” the press-service writes. “Kazakhstan and China has reached a high level of understanding and share common opinions on major security issues in the modern world,” head of the military education and science department of Kazakhstan Defense Ministry major general Edil Urazov said. Over 100 representatives of Kazakhstan army have trained in Chinese military schools since 2003.
