Kazakhstan President Nursultan Nazarbayev sent a telegram with condolences to the King of Belgium Albert II in relation to the car accident at Swiss ski resort that claimed lives of 22 children, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of the President. "It is with deep sorrow that I learned about the bus accident at Swiss ski resort Vallis that caused death of Belgian children. Please pass my sincere condolences to the families of the victims," the telegram states. The accident happened on March 14. The bus carrying 52 passengers was traveling from Val d'Anniviers towards the Swiss town of Sion along the A9 motorway when the accident happened at 9:15 pm Tuesday (2015 GMT). The bus suddenly swerved to the right and smashed into the wall of the tunnel. The impact of the crash was so violent that the front of the bus was seriously damaged, trapping many of the passengers, said a police statement.The crash killed 4 adults, both bus drivers and 22 children. Another 24 children were reported injured in the crash.
