Two suicides in the Near-Border Service of Kazakhstan National Security Commission are not linked, Tengrinews.kz reports citing official representative of Kazakhstan Interior Ministry Nurdilda Oraz. “These are separate cases, so we will investigate them separately,” he said. According to him, Kazakhstan Interior Ministry is currently investigating the death of Murat Kadralinov, Vice Head of the frontier post guarded by the Zhundja border guard detachment. “We are currently investigating, several checks have been appointed. The procedural decision will be made after all that,” Nurdilda Oraz said. Captain Kadralinov allegedly committed a suicide on February 4 at 18:00 local time over a family row. Another suicide happened on January 31, 2013 in Almaty: Head of the National Security Committee’s Border Guard Academy Major General Talgat Essetov was found dead in his office.
