Investigators of Almaty Interior Department are examining four people apprehended in suspicion of murder of two senior sergeants of Almaty patrol police, KazTAG reports citing law-enforcement authorities. According to the sources, the suspects were apprehended in the end of last week. Police declines to give any more details about the suspects. According to unofficial sources, the criminals were apprehended after the driver of wanted Mitsubishi Delica came to the police on his own and confessed. Guljan.org website also reported on apprehension of suspected murderers. “The details are not unveiled yet and the suspects are being identified. The level of involvement of the suspects in the crime on November 8 in Almaty is unclear,” the message published last Saturday states. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that on November 8 unknown criminals shot two patrolling policemen in Almaty. Sergeant Maksat Dabylov died immediately and his colleague sergeant Galymzhan Abdirov died in an ambulance car on the way to the hospital. Despite of the information on apprehension of suspected criminals, police does not comment on this fact yet.
