Majilis deputies to transfer one-day salary to families of murdered border guards

Majilis deputies (members of the Lower Chamber of the Parliament) will transfer their one-day salaries to help the families of murdered border guards, Tengrinews.kz reports citing the press-service of Kazakhstan Majilis.
“Today all our people are mourning the tragic deaths of these 15 people. Majilis deputies will transfer one-day salary to help the families of the border guards murdered at Arkankergen frontier post in Almaty oblast,” the message states.
On May 30 the frontier group of Sary Bokter Post of Usharal Frontier Troops of Shygys Regional Frontier Service Department discovered that the burnt barracks of Argkankergen frontier post where 15 frontier officers normally serve. The corpses of 14 militarymen were found at or near the accident site. Besides, the body of the gamekeeper of a nearby hunting farm was found next to the post. The criminal case was initiated over the accident.
Nursultan Nazarbayev announced June 5 a one-day nation-wide mourning over murdered border guards.
