35-year-old immigrant from Kazakhstan Anton F. was convicted in Germany, Express K reports. He was sentenced to 5.5 years of jail. The man was suffering from guilt and decided to confess of a murder he committed 15 years ago. As per the lawyer, Anton was always a conscientious person and he even once returned a wallet with 400 Euro found on a street to its owner. "Without his confession it is certain that the case would have never been solved," said judge Sabine Schwesig. The murder was committed in 1994 in Brandenburg. 19-year-old Anton just moved from Kazakhstan. One evening he was drunk and took a taxi. After arriving to his destination point he decided to run off without paying. The taxi driver named Kurt H. caught him. Anton stabbed the driver in the neck with a knife. The next day Anton found out about the driver's death when he saw all social taxis decorated with mourning colors. After some time Anton moved to North Rhine-Westphalia. He started a family and divorced after some time. Doctors diagnosed him with paranoid schizophrenia. It is quite possible that the illness was caused by his continuous guilt.
