Kazakhstan Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacted to the latest developments in the case of Kirill Denyakin murdered in the U.S., Tengrinews.kz reports. "We have stated earlier that we would carefully look into the possible solutions. We will take these decisions into consideration and will consistently raise this issue at all levels, fighting for justice," official representative of the Ministry Altay Abibullayev commented the American court's decision. Earlier Tengrinews.kz English reported that on March 2 Denyakin's family lost the civil case. The family claimed $22 million from the Portsmouth police in damages. In February the court dropped the criminal charges from the police officer who shot 11 bullets into the unarmed Kazakhstan citizen.
