Foreign experts are taking part in a psychological check of Vladislav Chelakh, Tengrinews.kz reports. "Chelakh's case is reviewed by a special prosecutor. They have also invited foreign experts. "Three days ago he was escorted to a military airport and delivered to Almaty," Alakol Regional Police of Almaty Oblast has told Interfax-Kazakhstan today, June 28. A source in Almaty regional department of the Forensic Examination Center has confirmed the information that the examination will be performed by their staff. On May 30 a border patrol unit at the Sary Bokter frontier post had discovered Arkankergen border post at Kazakhstan-Chinese border burnt down and 14 out of its 15 frontier border guards dead. The 15th guard, 19-year-old Vladislav Chelakh, was found alive some time late.
