Foreign experts are taking part in a psychological check of Vladislav Chelakh, Tengrinews.kz reports. "Chelakh's case is reviewed by a special prosecutor. They have also invited foreign experts. Our employees were included into the investigation group. The psychological and ballistic checks have already started. The results will be announced later," Kazakhstan Interior Minister Kalmukhanbet Kassymov told the journalists.
