Tengrinews.kz – A Kazakhstani citizen who was internationally wanted through Interpol has been detained in Georgia, according to Polisia.kz. He is suspected of bribing a police officer.
According to the investigation, in 2019, the detainee allegedly gave $400 to a law enforcement officer to avoid criminal prosecution.
Earlier, an inspection of a massage parlor owned by the man revealed that intimate services were being offered under the guise of wellness treatments. Following this, an investigation was launched against him.
He is currently being held in custody in Georgia, and the issue of his extradition is being considered by the relevant authorities.
